Testimonials

Had carpets cleaned and grout cleaned. Excellent job. Showed up on time. Professional, clean reasonable.

I am a first time user for a professional carpet cleaner, and I am very impressed! My carpets were horrendous looking, as I have young children. Ken and Nathan arrived 15 minutes early and were polite and friendly. Their service was fast and great, my carpets now look brand new! Absolutely spotless. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I Have Been Referring KB Carpet Cleaning To "all" my clients for 7 years now. One of the best phone calls to get is when the client calls me back and thanks me for referring Ken or Nathan to them for cleaning either their carpets, area rugs, or even their upholstery. Awesome people and work they do!

On Time, Fast, Efficient, Reliable, and Thorough!! This is the third time in four years that we called Ken for carpet cleaning. Ken is the only choice for great service at a great price.

First Time Using KB Carpet Cleaners and They Are FANTASTIC! I had a pet accident and needed our carpet cleaned ASAP! Ken graciously added our house into his busy schedule on a Sunday no less and gave us a great deal as well! He was on time, meticulous, and very friendly! We will definitely use him again in the near future!

I called KB Carpet Cleaners after conducting a Yelp search (highest rated and by distance) and now I'm a happy customer. The carpet was an absolute mess — make-up, hair dye, paint, black smudges — and was in need of a replacement OR cleaning. KB arrived 30 minutes early, spent a good 45 minutes cleaning the 11'x10' room, were extremely friendly, and gave me tips on how to keep the carpet looking the color it's supposed to.

After being a homeowner for nearly 25 years, all I can say is WOW! I have used many different companies, primarily because I never found one worth having back. Ken and Nathan could not be more professional. Arrived on-time and did a fantastic job! My carpets were clean, fresh and looked like new. No upselling either! Everything that needed to be done was included in the quoted price. If you really want a good job done, don't hesitate to contact KB Carpet Cleaners. You won't be disappointed.

Ken and Nathan were awesome. I needed my carpets cleaned in preparation for tenants moving in and there were so many problems: a bedroom with cat urine, back stairs so badly stained I was pretty sure they needed to be ripped up. They showed up 15 minutes early, started right away, and I was amazed when I came back — everything was perfect. The back stairs looked like new and there was no trace of any animal. Will definitely use Ken and Nathan again.

I called KB Carpet Cleaners on Sunday morning to try to schedule a time to clean rugs in a rental house. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and came out within the hour. Their prices are very reasonable. Nathan did an amazing job cleaning some well used and very dirty carpets. This is the second time we have used their services. Each time they have done outstanding work! I highly recommend their carpet cleaning services.

I Have 30 Year Old Carpets. Stained With Many Dark Spots. I would not have been surprised if KB Carpets couldn't get them out. They got them out. It surprised me how clean they came. I am a believer. Reasonably priced. Friendly, Professional. Thanks KB Carpet Cleaners!

How many times can you look at reviews and see 100% satisfied customers? Not often. I called Ken on a referral from a neighbor. Ken and Nathan arrived ON TIME and got right to work. Less than 2 hours later, I had 6 rooms, the hall and very dirty stairs nice and shiny. Did I mention they moved small furniture that other companies charge extra for? Thank you gentlemen, for a job well done.
